Refund policy

Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

At Stitch Vibes, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

1. Exchanges (Within Pakistan)

- Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed once per order and must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
- Process: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to the address provided by Stitch Vibes.
- Non-Exchangeable: Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Returns & Refunds (Within Pakistan)

- Defective or Incorrect Items:
  • Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos should be shared via WhatsApp at +92 333 4441465.
  • Returned items must meet eligibility (tags, unused condition).
- Wrong or Missing Items:
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof.
- Refund Method:
  • Refunds are not issued in cash.
  • Customers receive a credit (voucher code), redeemable on the Stitch Vibes website.
  • COD orders are not eligible for monetary refunds, even if defective. Credit will be provided.

·       Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.

3. International Orders

- Exchanges: Not applicable on international orders.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Customers should report the issue with photos/videos. In most cases, the defective product does not need to be returned.
- Refund Method: A credit or a refund (determined at Stitch Vibes discretion) will be issued.
- Duties & Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
